Laparoscopic Bypass for Inoperable Disease of the Pancreas

Based on the literature and the authors' experience, the principal laparoscopic techniques of cholecystojejunostomy, choledochoenterostomy, and gastrojejunostomy for palliative treatment of pancreatic carcinoma are described.
