Summary

Tumid lupus erythematosus (TLE), a rare discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) subtype, presents distinct clinical and histopathologic features. Concurrent TLE and DLE lesions, along with TLE in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients, confirm TLE as a unique cutaneous manifestation.

Background:
