[Observation on apoptosis during bone growth in mice and osteogenesis in human embryo]

This paper describes cell apoptosis observed in femur of adult mice and limb bud of human embryos. We observed apoptotic cells characterized by chromatin condensation, margination and apoptotic bodies. Therefore it seems that apoptosis occurs in bone as in other organs.
