  • A prospective study involving 43 patients: 24 with CNP and prostatic hyperplasia, 10 with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and 9 controls.
  • Pressure measurements (intraprostatic, extraprostatic, perineal subcutaneous) using a Stryker pressure monitor under transrectal ultrasonographic guidance.
  • Measurements taken at the perineal subcutaneous tissue, paraprostatic tissue, and prostatic apex.
