Non-polypoid colorectal neoplasias: a multicentric study.

Japanese patients showed significantly higher rates of high-grade dysplasia and early-stage colorectal cancer in non-polypoid neoplasias compared to Swedish patients. These findings suggest potentially more aggressive colonic neoplasia in Japan, warranting further investigation.
