Intraglomerular metastasis, the presence of cancer cells within the kidney's glomeruli, is an exceptionally rare occurrence.
The clinical significance and histopathological features of this phenomenon are not well-documented.

Four primary malignancies were identified: lung squamous cell carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, a hematological malignancy with an intrapulmonary teratoma, and pleural mesothelioma.
Tumor cells were observed within the mesangium, glomerular tufts, and extracapillary spaces, with one case showing crescent-like formations.
Mild proteinuria was the only renal functional impairment noted; most cases had no significant kidney dysfunction.
