Summary

Outer membrane of Haemophilus parainfluenzae (OMHP) antigens can induce IgA nephropathy (IgAN) in mice. This study establishes a new animal model for IgAN research by showing OMHP antigen injection leads to glomerular IgA and C3 deposition.
