Specific affinity fractionation of lymphocytes using glass or plastic bead columns

This paper describes column fractionation techniques for separating different lymphocyte subpopulations. For this purpose columns can be coupled with antigen, specific antibodies to membrane determinants on lymphocytes, or immune complexes or aggregated immunoglobulins, which interact with Fc receptors.
