Purpose of the Study:
- To investigate the presence and expression of Osteopontin (OPN) in human prostate adenocarcinoma.
- To compare OPN expression in primary prostate cancer, post-hormonal therapy prostate cancer, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

- Immunohistochemical staining (ABC method) was performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded prostate tissue sections.
- Prostate tissue samples were obtained from 34 patients with primary prostate cancer, 13 with post-hormonal therapy cancer, and 12 with BPH.
- Staining results for OPN were categorized as negative or positive.
