Hospital's case management program pays off with dramatic drop in utilization

The administrators at this Ohio hospital are trying to keep people out of their facility, and they are not ashamed to say so. In fact, in a communitywide effort acclaimed by the American Hospital Association, the facility found a way to decrease its soaring readmission rates, and the community could not be happier.
