Abstract:
As hospitals redesign patient care delivery systems, the role of nurses is dramatically changing. Nurses, physicians, and patients are concerned that these changes might have a detrimental effect on hospital care. What overall effect will these changes bring? How will these changes affect the quality of medical care in a hospital?
