[Studies on grinding according to Lauritzen in the articulator and in the patient's mouth]

After functional analysis and diagnostic grinding-in in the Dentatus articulator, the teeth of 10 patients were ground in directly in the mouth using a list of corrections. The results achieved in the patients were re-evaluated in the Dentatus articulator. It was compared to what extent correctional grinding-in in the articulator and the results achieved hereby can be transferred to the natural dentition. The tests showed that the diagnostic grinding-in can be largely reproduced, so that treatment at the patient himself becomes more effective.
