    Background:

    • Accurate detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is crucial for pregnancy testing and monitoring. Existing methods like radioimmunoassay (RIA) have limitations in terms of safety and speed.

    • To develop and validate a novel simultaneous competitive enzyme immunoassay (SICEIA) for quantifying human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG).
