Observation:

  • Five cases of simultaneous laparoscopic cholecystectomy and hernioplasty were performed.
  • Two inguinal and three postoperative hernias were repaired using the IPOM method.
  • The procedure utilized a three-puncture method for cholecystectomy and an additional trocar for hernioplasty.

Findings:

  • No intraoperative or postoperative complications were observed.
  • Combined surgery did not increase postoperative pain or nursing time.
