Summary

This case study presents a 64-year-old man with scrotal hernia, diagnosed via cystography and ultrasound. Treatment involved herniorrhaphy, transurethral lithotripsy for bladder stones, and prostate surgery, resulting in normal bladder appearance post-operation.

  • Diagnostic imaging included cystography and ultrasound.
  • The patient also had bladder stones (vesical lithiasis) and an enlarged prostate.

Findings:

  • The patient underwent successful herniorrhaphy.
  • Simultaneous treatment included posterior transurethral litholapaxy for bladder stones and transurethral resection of the prostate (RTU).
  • Postoperative urography confirmed normal bladder morphology.
