[Symbol-documentation of stomatological data--a basis for discussion]

The author puts on discussion symbols for the rapid and informative recording of stomatological findings and for the marking of the most important therapeutic measures. The present condition should be marked, respectively, in blue and black; and the plan of treatment, in red. Any therapeutic measure achieved will be retraced on the chart in blue or black. The actual condition of treatment will thus been read in the chart at a glance.
