    Background:

    • Osteosarcoma is a primary bone cancer with significant mortality.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To describe and validate a lymphocyte proliferation assay (LPA) for detecting cellular immune responses to osteosarcoma antigens.
    • To evaluate the utility of LPA in monitoring osteosarcoma patients and in guiding immunotherapy.

    • Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) from osteosarcoma patients and controls were cultured with osteosarcoma-derived antigens.
