Abstract
Objective:
We assessed the high-resolution CT findings of pulmonary leukemic infiltrates.
Conclusion:
High-resolution CT findings of pulmonary leukemic infiltrates reflect the predilection of leukemic cells to involve the perilymphatic pulmonary interstitium.
