Summary
Percutaneous cardiopulmonary support (PCPS) effectively treated tracheal and main bronchus stenoses in three patients. This method proved safe and satisfactory for airway stenosis when lung ventilation was compromised.

- PCPS provided essential hemodynamic and respiratory support, enabling successful airway interventions.
