[Radiologic changes in hip joints of patients with hemophilia]

Historical overview and contemporary understanding of hemophilia and hemophilic arthropaty is presented. Avascular necrosis of the femoral head occurs in 7% of hemophilic patients. Clinical description and hip radiographs of 6 patients were presented and discussed according to Nuss modification of Arnold-Hilgartner classification.
