    • Nearly all acute HBs antigen-positive hepatitis patients developed HBs antibodies within 10 weeks post-antigen clearance, with long-term persistence.
    • Significant HBs antibody prevalence was observed in HBs antigen-negative chronic hepatitis (52%) and liver cirrhosis (29.7%) patients, and exceptionally high in hemophiliacs (98%).

    • The findings underscore the widespread presence and persistence of Hepatitis B virus infection markers, particularly in chronic liver disease.
