Demineralized allogeneic bone (DALB) shows potential as a bone graft substitute, demonstrating consistent bone formation and neovascularization. While bone regeneration is slower than with autologous bone (AUB), DALB neoflaps exhibit higher blood flow, suggesting long-term suitability.
