    • Histological evaluation of the extracted tissue showed regeneration.
    • New bone, cementum, and connective tissue attachment were observed coronal to the original gingival margin.
    • Regeneration occurred without bone grafts or guided tissue regeneration membranes.

    Implications:

    • This case report confirms the regenerative capacity of subepithelial grafts.
