[Occupational cancer in criminal law]

This paper addresses the issue of occupational cancer and criminal law with respect to: 1) causal links between occupation and cancer; 2) certainty and probability in causal links; 3) occupational and non occupational causes of cancer; 4) cancer predictability and employer behaviour.
