Abstract:
An hypervascular and lytic thoracic (Th10) vertebral metastasis from kidney neoplasm causing cord compression was successfully resected after embolization. Because the anterior spinal artery arose at the same level, arterial embolization was only partial and completed by percutaneous vertebroplasty using Nbutyl cyanoacrylate.
