Purpose of the Study:

  • Forearm blood flow (FBF) was measured using plethysmography in 10 Marfan syndrome patients and 10 controls.
  • Responses to acetylcholine (endothelium-dependent), sodium nitroprusside (endothelium-independent), and reactive hyperemia were evaluated.
