Background:

Overbite is a crucial dental measurement.
Adolescent growth significantly influences craniofacial development and occlusion.

Purpose of the Study:

To investigate the multidimensional factors affecting overbite changes during adolescence.
To develop a predictive model for overbite alterations.

Longitudinal cephalometric analysis of 181 untreated adolescents (ages 10-15).
Measurement of maxillary and mandibular vertical displacements, and incisor vertical changes.
Multiple regression analysis to model overbite determinants.
