Adoptive cellular therapies like lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells, autolymphocyte therapy (ALT), and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) show promise for metastatic renal cell carcinoma but haven't consistently outperformed high-dose interleukin-2 (IL-2).
