Intraorbital arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare vascular anomalies. Embolization treatment for orbital AVMs can lead to complications like retinal artery occlusion, suggesting a venous approach may be safer.

  • This report details a rare case of an intraorbital arteriovenous communication involving both internal and external carotid artery branches and ophthalmic veins.
