Summary

This study investigated state-dependent learning using dizocilpine (MK-801), an N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist. MK-801 impaired spatial memory acquisition but not recall, suggesting learning under blockade doesn't hinder performance in a drug-free state.
