Comparative pathogenicity of different Actinobacillus suis O/K serotypes
Actinobacillus suis serotypes O2/K2 caused more severe peritonitis and spread more in piglets. However, all Actinobacillus suis strains, regardless of serotype, showed similar resistance to serum complement killing.
