    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To introduce and validate a differential tonography method for enhanced glaucoma diagnosis.

    • Applied bulbar-compressure isotonography twice on normal and glaucomatous eyes with two pressure gradients (Pt=Po+10, Pt=Po+30).
