Abstract:
In children with suspected brain tumours, clinical features and simple radiological procedures such as cranial X-rays give little information on the localization of the process. Even at the slightest suspicion of a tumour, extensive neuroradiological studies are indicated. The diagnostic importance of ventriculography, pneumoencephalography and angiography is discussed with reference to 28 patients.
