Summary

Managing uncontrolled partial epilepsy requires a multidisciplinary approach to identify epileptogenic lesions and eloquent brain areas. Invasive intracranial techniques, such as depth or subdural electrodes, can improve diagnostic accuracy when surface EEG is inconclusive.
