Orbital tumours in Vietnam

The purpose of this study is to give an overview of orbital tumours in Vietnam from the first case operated on radically to the current management in the whole country. During this period we have kept studying and treating the disease but only 247 complete records were collected, including 139 cases operated and four cases where a biopsy was done. We would like to discuss the diagnosis and pathology and put forward some approaches to the orbit. Although orbital tumour is a pathological entity situated at the confluence of different specialties we think that the neurosurgical approach remains the most appropriate one.
