Men experiencing erectile dysfunction (ED) after nerve-sparing radical retropubic prostatectomy (NSRRP) showed a significant decrease in penile size. This penile shortening occurred in both flaccid and erect states, with the most substantial changes noted 4-8 months post-surgery.
