Background:

Angiosarcoma is a rare and aggressive vascular tumor.
Bilateral chest wall involvement is exceptionally uncommon.

Observation:

A 50-year-old male presented with sequential bilateral chest wall angiosarcomas.
The patient underwent surgical resection for both primary and presumed metastatic lesions.

Findings:

This represents the first reported case of bilateral chest wall angiosarcoma surgery.
Despite surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, the prognosis remained poor.

Implications:

Highlights the rarity and aggressive nature of chest wall angiosarcoma.
Underscores the challenges in managing advanced angiosarcoma, even with multimodal therapy.
