Abstract:
Submitted in the paper are basic mechanisms of development of disorders of gastrointestinal motility and evacuatory function in ulcer of the stomach and duodenum. Pharmacological correction of the above disorders is considered in some detail and discussed as thoroughly as possible. Ways for enhancement of motility and normalization of the evacuatory function of the stomach and duodenum are outlined, indications and contraindications are determined, specificities of each of the drugs employed are described. In the author's own investigations, coordinax has been shown to be superior to other available prokinetics.
