Platelet-activating factor (PAF)-dependent transacetylase (TA) is the same enzyme as PAF-acetylhydrolase (AH) II. This enzyme transfers acetyl groups and is found in both cell membranes and cytosol, with specific amino acids crucial for its TA function.
