Summary

Background:

Primary cutaneous CD30-positive large cell lymphoma (pcCL) is a distinct lymphoma subtype.
It is diagnosed using specific immunohistochemical markers.
Spontaneous regression is a known, though not universal, characteristic.

Observation:

An 83-year-old woman presented with a large, ulcerated forearm tumor.
Histopathology confirmed CD30-positive large cell lymphoma.
No systemic involvement was detected initially.

Findings:

The patient's primary tumor underwent spontaneous regression.
Cutaneous relapses occurred after one year, also regressing spontaneously.
A 2-year follow-up showed no extracutaneous disease.
