|January 1, 1975
Abstract:
A series of 24 abdominal sections were performed on patients weighing 114 Kg or over. A detailed analysis of the indications, vital statistics, and medical, surgical, and post operative complications were made. There were no serious complications. The authors conclude that reluctance to perform abdominal section because of obesity is not warranted.
