Recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma after spontaneous regression

Summary
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) rarely regresses spontaneously. This study presents the first cases of HCC recurrence after spontaneous regression, suggesting multicentricity and intratumoral events may be involved.
