[Fibrosarcoma after silicone breast augmentation: is there a connection?].

Summary

This case study highlights a rare instance of bilateral breast fibrosarcoma in a woman with a history of silicone implants. The prolonged exposure to silicone may have contributed to the development of this aggressive breast malignancy.
