[The late results of surgical intervention in radically inoperable stomach cancer]

A long-term result of palliative operations, as well as that of exploratory laparotomy in 74 patients with gastric cancer was studied. In patients with suspected radically inoperable form of gastric cancer, the efforts should be made to remove a neoplasm, i.e. gastric resection to be performed.
