Summary

Two patients out of 20 exhibited hypersensitivity to Anisakis, confirmed by positive skin tests and specific IgE detection using the Radioallergosorbent test (RAST) method. This indicates a specific allergic reaction to Anisakis parasites, not general fish allergies.
