Human endothelial cells expressing polyoma middle T induce tumors

The middle T oncogene (PymT) induces vascular tumors in mice by transforming human endothelial cells (EC). However, these PymT-EC effects are transient in humans, leading to senescence and loss of tumor-forming ability.
