A 15-year-old girl experienced acute renal failure due to crescentic glomerulonephritis and later developed pulmonary hemorrhage, diagnosed as Wegener granulomatosis. This case highlights diagnostic challenges in differentiating vasculitis from infections, especially after immunosuppressive therapy.
