[Study of invertebrate soft tissues by the smear technic in light and electron microscopy]

A soft tissue is smeared on the surface of an araldite plate, and after fixation is coated by an araldite film. After examination with the light microscope, the araldite slide may be distributed for histological or ultrathin serial processing. The method provides an adequate conservation of cellular structures.
