[Themistocles Gluck (1853-1942), pioneer in endoprosthetics]

There ist reported about the surgeon Prof. Themistocles Gluck, who first invented endoprostheses from ivory in 1890 at Berlin. So we believe, that he was the pioneer in endoprosthetics.
