Summary

N-(6-aminohexyl)-5-chloro-1-naphthalenesulfonamide hydrochloride (W-7), a calmodulin inhibitor, increases intracellular calcium in osteosarcoma cells by releasing it from the endoplasmic reticulum and promoting influx. W-7 also demonstrates cytotoxicity, suggesting potential therapeutic applications.
